SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
* This Limited Use Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the end-user,
and LAVResearch, the program developer, for the use of the Actual Earth 3D software product ("SOFTWARE").
* NO WARRANTIES. - LAVResearch EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and
any related documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or
implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance
of the SOFTWARE remains with you.
* You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce this software to a human
perceivable form. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
of this Agreement and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.
* You may create derivative works based upon this software.
* All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by LAVResearch.
* By using SOFTWARE or storing this program on a computer hard drive (or other media), you are agreeing
to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
* If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must delete SOFTWARE files from your storage
media and cease to use the product.
