End User License Agreement for AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the AlterWind Software for the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite identified above, which includes computer software and may include online or electronic documentation (AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite or SOFTWARE). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not AlterWind Software to use the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite. The AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite is licensed, not sold. GRANT OF LICENSE This EULA grants you the following rights: USE AND COPY You may: - use the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite on any computer in your possession; - make copies of the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite; - distribute the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite only in the form originally furnished by AlterWind Software with no modifications or additions whatsoever. If you have the slightest doubt that your copy of the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite is not original, you must contact Alterwind Software for an original copy. RESTRICTIONS The AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite is to be used only for non-commercial purposes unless you obtain AlterWind Software prior written consent. You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not sell copies of the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite to third parties without express written consent of the AlterWind Software and under the AlterWind Software's instruction. TERMINATION The AlterWind Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite. COPYRIGHT All title and copyrights and intellectual property rights in and to the AlterWind Log Analyzer Lite and any copies thereof are owned by the AlterWind Software. NO WARRANTY ANY USE OF THE ALTERWIND LOG ANALYZER LITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ALTERWIND SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ALTERWIND SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE ALTERWIND LOG ANALYZER LITE, EVEN IF THE ALTERWIND SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
