You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
before using this software (the "SOFTWARE") provided with this
agreement. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance
of this license agreement and warranty.

OWNERSHIP

The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by Shell Labs.
Your license confers no title or ownership in the SOFTWARE
and should not be construed as a sale of any right in the SOFTWARE.

REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

This license applies to the registered version of SOFTWARE.
If you are using an evaluation version of SOFTWARE, see the
"Evaluation Version License" section below.
One registered copy of SOFTWARE may either be used by a single
person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
multiple people, but not both. This license is not transferable
to any other hardware product or other company, entity, or individual.
You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE
except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

EVALUATION VERSION LICENSE

This license applies to the evaluation version of SOFTWARE.
If you are using a registered version of SOFTWARE, see the
"Registered Version License" section above.
This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
without charge. The evaluation version of IconChanger can change
no more than 3 icons and the maximum number of icons found
is limited to 3000, maximum number of favorite icons is limited to 3.
After you have fully evaluated the software, you are expected to
either register this software to obtain a non-limited version,
or remove it from your computer.
Ordering information is described in the file ORDER.TXT
and ORDER_ONLINE.HTML. When payment is received, you will get
a registration key for the latest version of this SOFTWARE.
The evaluation version of this SOFTWARE may be freely distributed,
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or
company may charge a fee for the distribution of this SOFTWARE
without written permission from the copyright holder.
You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the SOFTWARE
except as provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
