LICENSE AGREEMENT

Your use of this software constitutes acceptance of the terms of this license agreement.

All rights to ModusDoc Portable (hereinafter referred to as SOFTWARE) are reserved to the author, Valery G. Krasnov.

You may use the SOFTWARE for the trial period of 30 days. Further use requires registration. To register the SOFTWARE, use the contact information provided by the author or the SOFTWARE.

You may use one copy of the SOFTWARE on one removable media only. If you have more than one license to use the SOFTWARE, you may use several copies of the SOFTWARE as per number of licenses.

You may distribute the distributive of this software by any means. You may not modify, delete or add files to the original distributive.

You may not emulate, create new versions of, modify, decompile, disassemble or otherwise study the code of the software, lease or rent, sell or transfer the software or any of its components otherwise than as provided by this license agreement.

The SOFTWARE is distributed "AS IS". No guarantees whatsoever, expressed or implied, are provided. You use the SOFTWARE at your own risk. The author shall not be held liable for any possible data loss, damage, lost profit or any other losses related to the use (or misuse) or this SOFTWARE.

Registration codes may be used with the SOFTWARE only by person or entity that has purchased the respective license. No license(s) or registration code(s) may be transferred by user to any third party.

Registration codes are not components of the SOFTWARE and may be stored and used only by person or entity that has purchased the respective license and fully comply with its terms. No person or entity may copy or distribute registration codes without written permission of the author.

The author maintains copyright for all registration codes.

Any modifications to the terms of this document are valid only when made by the author.

All other rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved to the author, Valery G. Krasnov.
