SeaTTY

Программа для приема сообщений о погоде, навигационных предупреждений и карт погоды, передаваемых по протоколам RTTY, NAVTEX и HF-FAX (WEFAX) на длинных и коротких волнах. Программа может декодировать сообщения GMDSS DSC (КВ и УКВ). Также программа может автоматически записывать голосовые сообщения системы NOAA Weather Radio SAME (NWR SAME) и их цифровые заголовки. Не требуется никакого дополнительного оборудования, только приемник и компьютер со звуковой картой.
