TERMS OF USE. You may use this Software on one computer system. OWNERSHIP The Software is proprietary to CCTVCAD Software and protected by international copyright treaties. You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the Software, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the rights to the Software or remove any proprietary notices on the Software. You may not make copies of the Software except for archival purposes. NO DISTRIBUTION You are not permitted to make the Software available on a network server, nor distribute the Software to other parties. REGISTRATION KEY Registration key is a password allowing you to get second registration. You accept the responsibility for the safety of your key. CCTVCAD Software does not grant additional registrations in case your key was stolen and your registrations were used. DONGLE The Dongle is a material carrier of the VideoCAD license. In case of losing the dongle the license is considered lost too. TECHNICAL SUPPORT CCTVCAD Software guarantee technical support by e-mail during one year after purchase. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE VideoCAD OPERABILITY ON THE COMPUTERS, WHICH ARE INSTALLING PROGRAMS USED FOR CRACKING SOFTWARE PROTECTION. TERMINATION The license will terminate automatically if you violate any of the provisions of this agreement. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
