from now on referred below as "yvReminder".
2. "yvReminder" is freeware for all users.
3. All copyrights to "yvReminder" are exclusively owned by the author
- Yuri O. Volkov.
4. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to,
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. Should the Software prove defective, you assume the cost
of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties,
so the above limitations may not apply to you.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Yuri Volkov or its suppliers be liable for any damages
